Post-holiday blues

Today i arrived back from paris and berlin and have complete post holiday blues but also feel optimistic about the future and maybe have more ideas what i might do when i graduate.. and this is move away from england... hopefully to paris but first i need to learn french.

The Scribbler

this reminds me of my bicycle. i cant wait for it to be warmer (and sunny) so i am more willing to cycle everywhere.

Work Placement

I finally sorted out a work palcement and i am too excited. it is with charlotte taylor in the isle of wight so near to my home which is perfect. I think being with a smaller brand will help me as i will learn a lot more than being in a big brand. i feel charlotte will be able to help me gain confidence in pattern cutting and make me more aware of how it is being industry.

Helping My Third year

yesterday we got allocated a third year that we will be helping for the next 6 fridays. today it was quite relaxed as most of the third year were jsut trying to get their dissertations done. so i was just drawing round blocks. my third year is really nice and i think i will enjoy my time with her.

Application of Design Brief

Today we got our new brief where we are working in groups. we have to each come up with a collection but it needs to fit all together so this could be quite difficult but i am excited.
